Teddy Bear Picnic
We took a walk out to the basketball courts. On the way we stopped at the prayer garden, enjoyed the roses, and read "The Lord's Prayer" from the Plaque on the brick wall.
We decorated boxes for home-made candy!!

Parents joined us after the class gathering and shared appetizers that the children made in cooking class. Under Susan Smith's instructions, the students have learned many wonderful cooking skills. The recipes will be available in a cookbook coming soon...

Shell Art
We recycled candle wax by pouring the wax into a shell. We inserted a tea light tin. When the candle was set, we removed the shell and pulled the tea light tin out. Then we inserted a battery operated candle, It made the candle safe for children!
